A MIRACLE -- PLEASE PRAY FOR THE PRESLEY'S RECOVERY!
¡UN MILAGRO -- POR FAVOR OREN POR LOS PRESLEY QUE SE RECUPEREN!

A senior couple in the mission was involved in a very serious car accident this week, after a wasp got into their car. They are already home from the hospital, but ask for your continued prayers on their behalf! It's a miracle that they weren't more seriously hurt.

Una pareja de misioneros mayores se involucraron en un accidente muy serio en esta semana cuando entró una avispa en su coche. Ya han salido del hospital pero requieren de sus oraciones a su favor. Fue un milagro de que no sufrieron heridas mayores.

INVITATION TO FAST NEXT SUNDAY, FEB 2
INVITACIÓN PARA AYUNAR EL DOMINGO 2 DE FEBRERO

Our monthly emphasis for the mission in February will be unity within the mission (especially within companionships) and unity between the missionaries and the members. We will be asking all the missionaries in the mission to fast with these purposes in mind this coming Fast Sunday -- Feb. 2. We also want to include the Presley's recovery in our fast. Any families of the missionaries that would like to unite with us in fasting are more than welcome to join with us!

  1. We have received our call to the Panama City Panama Mission and are very excited to be coming. We report on May 12th to the MTC. You probably know all of this already. We are waiting anxiously for the information about this mission. We are both registered nurses and have served one medical mission in Malaga Spain where John had served in 1971-1973. We took care of anything the President needed from us, including finding and closing apartments, manning the office when the office couple were released and the next couple were waiting for their visa. We helped with the zone conferences, we put a blog on heath in the mission's monthly letter, we took all of the medical calls from the missionaries 24/7 and noted them into the missionary medical. We want you to know that we are willing and able to do just about anything you need us to do. John grew up in the military, and I grew up in Murray, Utah. We have 8 children, and 11 grand children with 1 on the way. We just are so glad to be coming!!!!!!! Love, The Massaro's

  2. You probably will never get this, but just in case you do: we're the Brinkmans and will report to the MTC Sept 14th 2015: I'll be the mission nurse and Steve will be MLS. We live right here in Fruit Heights. Would you please call me if you're home from your mission? Thank you. Julie. 801-682-8179
