  1. Thank you for your blog. We are the maternal grandparents of Elder Oakley, who just arrived on Monday night! We are excited for him. I served in Panama in 1970 and was one of the first Elders on Ustupo, San Blas. In fact, we built and dedicated the very first church building in the country on Ustupo! Thanks for taking good care of our dear grandson. Brother and Sister Waite
