FINISHING UP -- Gracias por su servicio en Panama Elder!

SAN BLAS 

This brother showed up in our ward today. He served his mission in Panama years ago and served in San Blas. Guess what, the missionaries assigned to the same island where he served also visited our ward today, so they got to compare notes. He told us that a Catholic Church on the island has a written record (in Cuna, French and Spanish) of the Cuna traditions. He said it talks about three days of darkness before a bearded white man came and taught the people (interesting)! We are going to see if we can track this down.

We have the best missionaries in the world! They are awesome! That is all.

TRANSFERS
We got 13 new missionaries from the Guatemala MTC this week and 6 from Provo. We had several missionaries get temporarily reassigned to other missions with some immigration issues. We hope they can join us soon. We also said goodbye to 19 awesome missionaries. We will miss them so much and are so grateful for their service here.
